<1> Circa prologum in quo communiter querunt doctores de habitu per studium theologicum acquisito quero istam questionem: utrum intellectus viatoris per exercitium theologicum acquirat evidentem notitiam de credibilibus.

            Primus articulus: utrum habitus theologie sit tantum credit<iv>us vel probabilis in studente.

            Secundus articulus: utrum in intellectu studentis theologie fides et scientia possunt simul existere in eodem subiecto subiective.

            Tertius articulus: utrum studenti theologie, ut viator est, repugnat cognitio scientifica <credibilium veritatum>.

 

<2> Circa primam distinctionem, in qua communiter querunt doctores de frui et uti, quero istam questionem: utrum sola natura universaliter et completive perfecta sit obiectum talis fruitionis <totaliter quietantis>.

            Primus articulus: utrum dilectio alicuius <limitate> substantie possit affectum volitive creature totaliter satiare.

            Secundus articulus: utrum eternis relationibus possit correspondere formaliter a divina essentia distincta ratio fruitiva.

            Tertius articulus: utrum voluntas creata respectu fruitionis elicite sit a suprema substantia necessitabilis obiective.

 

<3> Tertia questio ad videndum <clarius> essentie divine perfectionem sit ista: utrum alicui rationi, cui entitatis conditio inest intrinsece, correspondeat formaliter omnium perfectionum essentialium plenitudo.

            Primus articulus: utrum sit naturaliter demonstrabile quamlibet conditionem primitatis simpliciter alicui enti per rationem propriam convenire.

            Secundus articulus: utrum entitati, cui primitas correspondet intrinsece, repugnet formaliter quiditatum <quidditatis> multiplicatio numeralis.

            Tertius articulus: utrum infinitatis positiva conditio sit evidenter demonstrabilis de qualibet entis primaria ratione.

 

<4> Questio ad presens pertractanda est hec in forma: utrum simplicitati divine substantie sit intrinsece compossibilis qualiscunque distinctarum rationum realium multitudo.

            <Primus articulus erit iste> utrum supremo rerum principio corrospondeat in esse proprio fecunditas productiva.

            Secundus articulus erat iste: utrum productorum in divinis realis distinctio sit absoluta penitus vel simpliciter relativa.

            Tertius articulus erat iste: utrum divine substantie ex natura rei formaliter correspondeat pluralitas attributalium rationum.

 

<5> Questio ad presens pertractanda proponitur sub hac forma: utrum creatura rationalis sive create sive increate caritatis presentia, possit ad beatificum premium acceptari.

            Primus articulus erit iste: utrum caritas immensa formaliter possit esse formalis caritativa dilectio creature.

            Secundus articulus erat iste: utrum <co>existentia caritatis create sit necessaria viatori ad recte agere potentie volitive.

            Tertius articulus erat iste: utrum caritas limitata realiter sit qualitas suscipiens magis vel minus intensive.

 

<6> Questio ad presens pertractanda est ista: utrum divina essentia habeat distinctam notitiam cuiuslibet gradus possibiliter vel realiter existentis.

            Primus articulus erat iste: utrum divina essentia sit tantummodo secundum rationem essentialiem cuiuslibet entis realis vel possibilis ratio formaliter cognitiva.

            Secundus articulus erat iste: utrum intellectiva divine substantie habeat distinctam et infallibilem notitiam futurorum contingentium.

            Tertius articulus erat: utrum Dei eterna prescientia volitivam creatam necessitet ad proprium actum producendum.

 


<Liber Secundus>

<1> Circa materiam secundi Sententiarum, in quo communiter doctores querunt de magnitudine divine potentie secundum <rationem causaliter effectivam>, quero istam questionem: utrum immensitas divine potentie ad plura se valeat extendere causaliter effective quam limitata intellectualis substantia possit capere cognitive.

            Primus articulus est: utrum ab immensa deitatis potentia sit effective <derivabilis> aliqua species simpliciter infinita.

            Secundus articulus erat iste: utrum immensa deitatis omnipotentia possit quodlibet accidens absolvere a qualibet dependentia subiectiva.

            Tertius articulus erat ille: utrum aliqua quidditas essentialiter a Deo distincta poterit eternaliter a deitatis omnipotentia produci <causaliter> effective.

 

<2> Queritur secundo circa secundum sententiarum: utrum quelibet intellectualis natura certis circumscripta limitibus corporum ext<rinsecis> passionibus naturalibus sit subiecta.

            Tres articuli pertractandi, quorum primus iuxta materiam primi argumenti erit iste: utrum quelibet creatura spiritualis ad sui existentiam requirat aliquod receptaculum corporale.

            Secundus articulus est iste: utrum quelibet limitata intellectualis substantia possit moveri realiter per aliquod spatium successive.

            Tertius articulus erat iste: utrum mensuris temporalibus nature intellectualis permanentia partibiliter mensuretur.

 

<3> Questio tertia est ista: utrum forma reponens hominem in esse specifico sit intellectualis entitas incorporalis per naturam.

            Primus articulus erit iste: utrum forma reponens hominem in esse specifico sit de potentia materie ad esse deducta.

            Secundus articulus erat iste: utrum forma reponens hominem in esse specifico sit per species a corruptibilibus causatas cuiuscunque ab ea cognoscibilis cognitiva.

            Tertius articulus erat ille: utrum forma reponens hominem in esse specifico habeat positivum contrarium vel formaliter privativum.

<1> Circa materiam tercii libri Sententiarum, in quo communiter querunt doctores de incarnationis misterio quero istam questionem: utrum ineffabile Dei Verbum naturam passibilem assumpsit de Virgine propter liberationem humani generis a dyabolica potestate.

            Primus articulus erit iste: utrum Verbum aeterni Patris potuerit in unitatem suppositalem assumere naturam certis limitibus circumscriptam.

            Secundus articulus declarandus est iste: utrum caro, ex qua formatum corpus Christi fideliter creditur, fuerit aliquando sordibus originalis criminis deturpata.

            Sequitur tertius articulus: utrum beatissime incarnationis ultima ratio et precisa fuerit humani generis relevatio ad pristinam dignitatem.

<1> Circa materiam quarti sententiarum quero istam questionem: utrum eukaristia sit sacramentum ex institutione divina corpus et sanguinem <Christi> signans veraciter sub speciebus panis et vini realiter contineri.

            Primus articulus erit iste: utrum aliqua forma verborum fuerit a Christo instituta, cuius efficacia substantia panis et vini in substantiam corporis et sanguinis Christi totaliter convertatur.

            Secundus articulus erat iste: utrum corpus dominicum sub speciebus panis et vini realiter contineatur secundum quamlibet conditionem proprie quantitatis.

            Tertius articulus erat iste: utrum corpus dominicum virtute sacramentalis efficacie relinquat locum, quem occupat in celestium regione.
